Henrik Rothe i former president of The Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court. He has considerable experience in national and international arbitration. He is still acting as chairman or part appointed arbitrator in many arbitral tribunals.
Henrik Rothe is also acting as certified mediator in conflicts in business life.
From 1985 until 2009 Henrik Rothe was secretary General of The Danish Bar- and Law Society and CEO of The Service Company for Lawyers. Previous of this Henrik Rothe was judge in The District Court of Slagelse.
He is fluent in the English language and understands german.
